1. RESERVATIONS
Reservations can be made online through our reservation system.
2. GUARANTEE OF THE RESERVATION
To guarantee the reservation, the initial payment of 30% of the total value is required. At the time of booking the client can choose the method of payment of the initial payment between the following ways: credit card, bank transfer or paypal. The remaining amount will be paid upon arrival at the hotel and the client will be able to decide the form of payment between: cash or credit card.
Only for reservations with a NON-REFUNDABLE payment rate, payment of 100% of the total is required at the time of reservation;
3. CONFIRMATION
All reservations have immediate confirmation based on availability, the reservation is confirmed through email by sending the receipt to the email indicated in the reservation.
4. CREDIT CARD AS A GUARANTEE
The credit card details are required to guarantee the reservation, the credit card will be charged the amount of 30% required in the case that the client has decided to pay the initial deposit using this method and will have to pay the difference to their arrival at the building. Credit card information is processed securely and strictly confidential. Values can be debited apart from the values caused by cancellations such as fines for no-shows and NON-REFUNDABLE reservations and full payment at the time of reservation; Charges for damage caused to the structure may also be charged.
5. CANCELLATION POLICY
In case of cancellation, the reference date will be that of the sending of the email by the client in which the cancellation is communicated. In case you want to cancel your reservation, consult the instructions provided in the confirmation email in the Cancellation Terms and Conditions section. For the cancellation of reservations before 30 days of the arrival date, the cancellation is free. For the cancellation of reservations within 30 days before the arrival date or if the arrival day is not presented, 30% of the amount paid will be retained as a deposit.
